At Ecofasten Solar we're dedicated to the development and production of intuitive and affordable roof attachment brackets and flashing devices for the solar industry.
EcoFasten Solar currently manufactures three distinct product lines:
- Eco-Fasten - Our original roof attachment bracket aimed primarily at the commercial flat roofing market.
- This bracket is designed to be installed with all known flat roofing materials regardless of the roofing substrate or insulation thickness.
- Eco-Fasten can be installed on new or existing (retrofit) applications.
- Accepted by most major roofing material manufacturers without voiding warranties.
- Has a large base with multiple fasteners designed to distribute compressive loads over most standard insulation. The fastener configuration provides for proper attachment without having to cut open the roof.
- Used by many manufacturers of ballasted array systems to enhance the wind uplift capability of a ballasted system without adding additional weight.
- Can be used on its own as a complete mechanical attachment system
- Available in a variety of configurations to meet the installers needs
- Customized solutions are available to match any proprietary hardware on the market.

- Quik Foot - Based on Eco-Fasten's watertight fitting, aimed primarily at steep slope applications on shingle roofs
- This bracket is designed to be installed with most shingle roofs.
- Can be installed on new or existing (retrofit) applications.
- Accepted by most major roofing material manufacturers without voiding warranties.
- There are two fastener holes provided and both fasteners must engage the rafter.
- The installer does not need to cut open the roof to properly install this bracket.
- Ease of installation makes this one of the fastest attachment points to install in the industry
- Available in a variety of configurations to meet the installers needs.
- Customized solutions are available to match any proprietary hardware on the market.

- Green- Fasten - A simple, cost effective roof penetration flashing aimed primarily at the residential steep slope market.
- Patented watertight bushing utilizes lag bolts to secure to the system to the roof.
- Ease of installation makes this one of the fastest attachment points to install in the industry. Easily retrofitted without removing shingles.
- Available in a variety of configurations to meet the installers needs
- Customized solutions are available to match any proprietary hardware on the market.

- Engineering values based on the American Wood Council's lag bolt pull out chart (link to chart)
- Lag bolts available in a variety of sizes, standard is four inches.
- Compression/Top Blocks
- Various compression blocks are availble for all three flashing systems. Our attachment pieces fit virtually all roof rack systems on the market and custom pieces are available.
